Congressional App Challenge
Rated Advanced, This district-based U.S. coding challenge asks students to build an original functional app and explain it through a public demonstration video. Middle and high school students enter alone or in teams of up to four through a participating district. Success requires carrying an idea through design, coding, testing and clear communication while showing genuine technical ownership.

Our Take
A student may enter only one app in one participating district, either where they live or attend school. Teams may have up to four members, and at least half must be eligible in the district entered.
