NASA Power to Explore 2024–25

Rated Advanced, NASA Power to Explore is a national writing challenge pairing a short space-mission proposal with an explanation of the student's own contribution to mission success. Eligible K–12 students submit individually through Future Engineers and are judged within three grade bands. The main challenge is fitting scientifically plausible mission thinking, originality and a convincing personal connection into a tightly limited response.
